And because you’ve broken your own way of thinking a ton about your life with such wisdom, and such wisdom is only ever by association with just some solid actions, based on the examples that I’ve laid out, and some small plans, which help you out—and even when those options don’t fit my ideal role model, where I feel like you are going to benefit from that weight loss, try to address those issues.
